“Our work with Wintec demonstrates that we are in it for the long haul”For three decades, we have been deeply involved with development projects with Wintec (Waikato Institute of Technology). In recent years this has included the redevelopment works on both their Hamilton City and Avalon campus, which has given us valuable insights into the changing requirements of tertiary education institutions as they evolve to meet the needs of students today. New buildings all incorporate sophisticated building services and increased levels of security together with a high standard of construction and finishes. On all projects with Wintec, Kingstons acted as project quantity surveyors from the outset, providing advice to the client on procurement options and assisting in initial feasibility studies, as well as cost management services throughout the design and construction phases.
